Here is a small collection of the many photos taken of my own children a few years back now. I have had plenty of practise photographing young children both my own and other peoples, and being a mum and an artist I have quiet a good understanding of how to capture those special moments as they unfold, just by being a quiet observer with the occasional interaction.

Fearnes Christmas Photoshoot

Photographing Fearne Proved to be a bit more Tricky this time as she is now up on her feet and fully mobile, But I think we still got some nice photos, I have come to the conclusion after a few toddler shoots this year that they are much more suited to being outdoors and not the studio environment as they are more into exploring and are certainly not happy to stay in one place, they get easily distracted and are not able to understand what you would like them to do, same as the doggies really, well they do say working with animals and or children is a challenge and never do it, haha.

To be honest I prefer natural photos in the great outdoors, capturing a happy inquisitive child at play, so if you have a toddler or a dog or both or even more than one or two and you wish to book a session with me just bear this in mind. but dont let it put you off its always fun, there are endless creative possibilities and ways of capturing stunning pictures of your little darlings. and if we dont get the wonderful shots you are after we can always try another day at no extra expense to you.

A request with a difference

I had a request which was a little different from the usual last month
I was asked to put these two Staffies into victorian costume and poses for a birthday present.

Changes in my pricing for photo sessions

I am doing away with my hourly rate sitting fee
I am now charging £40.00 flat rate for a session so there is no pressure. if a shoot runs into more hours than one it wont cost any more.

I feel that this lack of ''cost pressure'' should permit a more relaxed, stress free photographic session for all involved.

Each session will include 1 8x10 inch or 7x10 inch print and 2 7x5 0r 7.5 x5 prints

I can travel to you or your prefered location or you can come to me

extra travel expenses at 45p per mile will be added if i have to travel more than 20 miles from sudbury

prices of prints start from as little as £4.oo for 4x6in and £8.00 for 7x5in
